Funny Friday #83 - Superheroes!

The other day Kyle had his friend, Caden, over to play. They had lots of fun dressing up as Bibleman. Aren't they cute?! :)

Funny Friday #82 - Living Up to Her Namesake

As many of you know, we gave Kaedyn the middle name "Mary" after my Granny who passed away before she was born. Granny was well known for her sweet tooth. Kaedyn is carrying on this tradition. The other night she stuffed her backpack full of candy and granola bars. She said she was saving it for later. I woke up the next morning to find her in the recliner with wrappers all around her. She had even found a pair of little scissors to assist her in opening all the snacks. I'm just thankful that's all she cut! (We have two previous horror stories of Kaitlyn cutting her own hair at age 4)

Funny Friday #81 - Computer Time

The kids LOVE to play games on the computer! Having only one is proving to be a challenge. Even Kaedyn has gotten into playing some games. :)

Funny Friday #80 - Kyle Stories...

For this week's Funny Friday, I wanted to capture a couple of Kyle's latest funny stories in writing. Some of you have heard one of these already but for those of who you who haven't, I think you'll enjoy it.

Story 1: As many of you know, I am highly allergic to both cats and dogs. Kyle has been wanting a pet lately but then he remembers my allergy. The other day we were driving in the van and he said, "Mommy, there's something I've been wanting to ask you." I said, "Ok, what is it?" He said, "Are you allergic to fish?" I guess he figured just maybe there was one animal that I wasn't allergic to. :)

Story 2: Yesterday the kids were all playing quite well together. Kyle came over to me and said, "Mommy, I wish I had a brother." I started to feel a little sad for him. But then a couple minutes later he came back and said, "Actually, I'd rather have a puppy!"
