After the game...I think the highlight for Kyle was finding out that each player gets a FREE soda after every game at the concession stand. He was thrilled with his root beer!

Kyle played shortstop, first base and right field. After the game I told him that he needed to stop chewing on his glove. I said, "what if a ball came over to you and you were chewing on your glove? How would you get the ball?" He said, "I would still get it." Then I said, "Have you ever seen Albert Pujols chewing on his glove?" He said, "Yes, I have." Goof ball!

I know I'm biased but isn't he the cutest 5 year old ball player?
Kyle was SO EXCITED for his first game! On the way to the game he asked me if he would be playing against the Cardinals and if his game would be on TV. I thought that was so funny because he was completely serious!
Kaitlyn's tooth was hanging on by a thread for about 2 weeks before it FINALLY came out at school. She actually pulled it herself and brought it home in a "Tooth Taxi" from the nurse.
I was preparing to sell Kyle's Buzz Lightyear/Toy Story toys on E-Bay so I had everything set up to take a picture. I told all the kids to stay away from the toys because I was getting ready to take a picture for E-Bay. I left the room to get the camera and came back to this! :)
We are in the process of redecorating Kyle's room. We took his old bed out last week and he asked if his sisters could have a slumber party in his room. I thought they would never go to sleep but I was surprised to see that they fell asleep rather quickly...
Keith can not wait for the day when Kyle is old enough to mow the grass. Kyle is pretty excited about it too. (I will remind him of this when he's 15 years old!) Last Saturday, Keith gave Kyle a few grass mowing lessons.
