This is one of the strangest things I've seen! A couple weeks ago we were coming home from being out of town and we couldn't go down the street to get to our house because it was blocked off by a police car. We had no idea what was going on. When we went down another street and got to the part that was blocked off, we saw the problem. The street had completely buckled! They had just replaced this part of the street the week before. We were told later that it had gotten so hot that it just buckled. I wondered if we had a small earthquake or something! Very strange!
